Le programme Clean Oceans Project Identification and Preparation (COPIP) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les conclusions de l\u2019\u00e9tude de pr\u00e9faisabilit\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire des d\u00e9chets solides de Mombasa au gouvernement du comt\u00e9 de Mombasa le 30 janvier 2024. Le gouverneur du comt\u00e9 de Mombasa Son Excellence Abdullswamad Sherrif Nassir, le gouverneur adjoint Son Excellence Francis Thoya, et d\u2019autres membres cl\u00e9s de l\u2019administration du comt\u00e9 ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9union. L\u2019\u00e9quipe du COPIP, compos\u00e9e de Peter Wanday et Joanes Odero, ainsi que de l\u2019experte en d\u00e9chets de la Banque europ\u00e9enne d\u2019investissement, Joyce Klu, a tenu une session interactive sur les questions th\u00e9matiques li\u00e9es aux options techniques, \u00e0 la viabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 la proposition de structure institutionnelle n\u00e9cessaire pour moderniser le secteur de la gestion des d\u00e9chets de Mombasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S.E. Abdullswamad Sherrif Nassir a reconnu la gestion municipale actuelle des d\u00e9chets solides dans le comt\u00e9 de Mombasa et a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019engagement commun \u00e0 trouver des solutions durables. Le programme COPIP et le comt\u00e9 de Mombasa approfondiront leur collaboration au cours de l\u2019\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9, commen\u00e7ant mi-f\u00e9vrier jusqu\u2019en juillet 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
